Meet & Greet
This is our first chance to connect and get to know each other. In this meeting, a member of our staff will meet with you to discuss your needs, your goals, and your timeline. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have regarding previous employment, resume length or format, and overall content!
Resume Review
Our resume review is an iterative process, meaning we do not stop working on your document until you are 100% satisfied! The review provides a careful critique from the high-level impressions to the nitty gritty grammatical details. Amongst other topics, the critique typically includes suggestions for improving format, layout, fonts, wording, and content. We work with whichever file format you’re working with — no need to convert!
Slide deck critique
Similar to the resume review, the slide deck critique is an iterative process! We continue working on your slide deck’s layout, color scheme, transitions, animations, images, and message until you are 100% satisfied! This is the perfect time to begin establishing and practicing your talking points, speech flow, and overall message. If your audience only pays attention to your slides, we make sure they walk away with a message that will keep them interested.
Video conference
Unlike our resume review and slide deck critique, the video conferences allow us to help you in real-time! Whether you simply want to discuss your message, delivery technique, practice your elevator pitch, or run through your slide deck, we offer 30- and 60-minute sessions to fit your needs. Since this interaction will be highly verbal in nature, we record the conversation so you can review it later, enabling you to watch yourself in tandem with our professional insights, suggestions, and feedback.
In-person training
One step more advanced than our video conference products, our in-person training works best for individual local to the Albuquerque, NM area, or large teams looking to collectively enhance their communication skills and teambuilding. During these sessions, we work with each member of your team to identify their strengths, weaknesses, communication goals, and how they can play off each other’s strengths! With this option, there is no minimum or maximum team size!
À la carte
Our most flexible option, the à la carte model allows you to parallelize your training and ensure all of your communication and training needs are covered in a timely and efficient manner. Accomplishing this is easy — simply add each training, critique, or review to your cart and finish your checkout. In our initial Meet & Greet, we’ll discuss why you chose specific options and how you would like to make the best use of your time, and that of your team members.
